Seal coated walls. Cut patio decking to appropriate size. I had 2 balconies that were leaking water into my home and garage. I called them for an estimate but due to some really extreme weather in the area, they were quite busy but eventually came for the estimate about 1.5 weeks later. The guy explained everything that needed to be done and a quote was emailed and snail mailed to me within 2 days. It was a bit higher than other companies had quoted but still fair (other companies wanted me to pull up the wood decking myself to save on labor charges). After signing the contract, they were here in 2 weeks to start the job. The team arrived early, about 7:45am and continued working until about 5pm. They cleaned the area, pulled up wood decking and cut to size because it was too long and pushing into the layer underneath, added new roof layer, applied block coating to parapet walls and sealed everything. They came back the next day at about 7:30 to finish up and were done within a few hours. They left the area clean and everything looks great. It's rained a few times since then and I haven't noticed water getting into my home or garage, but there hasn't been any heavy rains yet so its hard to say exactly if they fixed the issues. So far it seems great, and the balconies look awesome now. The customer service and the team that came out was great and friendly and very professional. I could reach them through phone and email and they answered all of my questions. I wish they could have come out a bit sooner, but it's understandable that they were so busy considering the weather we've had. I would use them again. Added new roof layer on 2 balconies. The brick of the NW corner of our building was ripped out. I called Keith the morning of the 22nd and he had a crew out there the next morning.
